At Perfect Office Solutions, we do more than provide entrepreneurs with a space to work and do business. We also have spaces for them to kick back at company holiday parties, grow through networking events, and so much more. Our locations in Beltsville, Lanham, Laurel, Riverdale, and Silver Spring all offer spaces to rent. If you’re not sure what kind of events are possible, here are just a few options:

Staff Luncheon

Whether your team is 10 or just one or two, with a large event space big enough for multiple tables (round or long) and smaller meeting and conference rooms, we have bright and modern spaces that are perfect for treating your staff to a nice lunch.

Client Appreciation Party

If you’re looking to show your clients some love this holiday season, our spaces can be used and decorated to fit your event’s theme and brand look. Client appreciation parties show your clients that you truly value your partnership. Even if you are a solo entrepreneur, any event big or small shows that you’re committed to fostering and continuing those relationships.

Photoshoot

If you’re tired of using stock images, looking to change your brand’s look, or simply want some new pictures, you can rent our space for photoshoot sessions for you and or your team. Capture yourself and your team at work in clean, modern workspaces. Elevate your brand with a branded shoot that will streamline your image and potentially bring in new business.

If you’re concerned about budget, we pride ourselves on providing cost-effective options. Members can rent space for just $50 per hour, while  non-members save when compared to other venues at only $100 Per Hour.

Workshops and Classes

With conference rooms that have a variety of table and chair set-ups, screens that are wired for HDMI connections for presentations, and other instructional displays, your company or organizations can have a space for workshops, classes, training, and other educational meetings.

Pop-Ups

A pop-up is a great way for businesses and brands of all sizes and budgets to test the waters of brick and mortar retail before making a large investment. If you’re an online-only shop or want to introduce your merchandise to a new target our locations offer rooms that are large enough to display your products and let shoppers interact with you and your products.
