Do I need a long-term lease to get an office?
No. Perfect Office Solutions offers flexible month-to-month agreements with no long-term commitment. You can start with a private office at $499/month, a dedicated desk at $199/month, or a coworking membership at $99/month — and scale up or down as your business needs change.
How much does it cost?
Virtual Office plans start at $0/month, Coworking Memberships at $99/month, Private Desks at $199/month, Flex Offices at $399/month, and Private Offices at $499/month. All plans are month-to-month and include utilities, Wi-Fi, and applicable amenities. Visit your preferred location's page to explore available services and amenities.
What is a Flex Office?
The Flex Office is one $399/month tier with two office types. The Flex Admin Office is a productivity-ready space for focused work, client meetings, podcasting, or video shoots. The Flex Beauty Office is designed for beauty professionals, including makeup artists, hairstylists, and skincare specialists, with premium lighting and decor. Book by the hour, day, or month.
Can I use my office address for my LLC registration?
Yes. The Virtual Mail Membership starting at $49/month gives you a professional business address that you can use for LLC registration, business filings, and as your official mailing address. You'll receive personal mail alerts every time you have mail, with pickup available Monday–Friday, 9AM–4PM.
Can I tour a location before signing up?
Absolutely. We encourage you to schedule a tour at any of our 25+ locations across Maryland and Virginia. Tours are available upon client request. Book online to schedule your visit.
What if my business grows and I need more space?
That's exactly what we're built for. Many of our members started with a single desk and grew into private offices — some even expanded to multiple offices across our locations. You can upgrade your plan, move to a larger space, or add offices at additional locations at any time with no penalty.
What is the difference between a private office, dedicated desk, and coworking membership?
A private office (from $499/mo) is a lockable room for your exclusive use with 24/7 access for eligible members. Offices can be furnished, but members can ultimately customize their space to fit their brand and business. A dedicated desk ($199/mo) gives you a reserved spot in a shared workspace with your own setup. A coworking membership ($99/mo) provides open-seating access to lounges and common areas during business hours, plus conference room time. All plans include Wi-Fi, parking at most locations, kitchen access, and reception services.
Can I use conference rooms at any location?
Yes. Members can book conference rooms at any Perfect Office location during business hours. The first 3 consecutive hours are free for $99/$199 members and private office tenants. After that, additional hours are $25/hour. After-hours bookings at a location other than your own are $50/hour. All bookings are made through perfectoffice.setmore.com.
